Alex led an exceptional 8-hour virtual organizing training  for Safer Foundation staff and the Illinois Alliance for Reentry & Justice Steering Committee. The training helped our team to develop their own unique approaches to connect and motivate others looking to make substantive impacts in the quality of life for people with arrest and conviction records.  Because of Alex's deep and proven knowledge about organizing teams and campaigns, we are better prepared to create authentic impact and advocate for changes to make the criminal legal system fair and just for all.

Alex's training was what launched me into effectively organizing my congregation and then creating the statewide organization I now lead.
